Within 24 hours, the course will be e-mailed to the address associated
with your PayPal account. It comes in Adobe ("pdf") format.
3. Read the book carefully, completing the reviews for each chapter as you go. The answers for the reviews follow each test. These
are not for you to turn in. They are for you to use to gauge your
understanding of the material in preparation for the exam.
4. Once you have read the book and taken the review tests, print and complete the affidavit at the end of the book
5. Fill out the Key Sentence Test at the end of this book. This is to prove that you have read the entire book.

Fax, scan, or e-mail these three items to us: (1) the affidavit (2) the
key sentence test (3) copy of the identification used to complete the
affidavit.

A Proof of Completion Certificate will be issued within 72 hours of the
student completing the course and providing all of the required
documents (e.g., declaration of completion, identification, key
sentence test). This will be mailed to
you via first class mail at no additional charge or you can pay $10
extra to have the Proof e-mailed or faxed to you within 24 hours. 8.
Once you have your Proof of Completion, you may take the Notary exam.
